AI-Generated

The Project Manager WordPress plugin prior to version 4.0.7 is vulnerable due to inadequate validation in its REST API routes, allowing any authenticated user to access other users' activity histories, including sensitive information such as email addresses and project details. This could lead to unauthorized exposure of user data, making it critical for website administrators using this plugin to prioritize updating to the latest version to mitigate potential privacy breaches. All WordPress site owners utilizing this plugin should take immediate action to secure their installations.

Original NVD Description

The Project Manager WordPress plugin before 4.0.7 does not check that the user whose activity is being requested is the one making the request in one of its REST API routes, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to read any other user's activity history along with their email address and the details of projects they have no access to.
