CyberRota Analysis

AI-Generated

Multiple authentication bypass vulnerabilities in @better-auth/sso versions prior to 1.6.21 allow attackers to exploit flaws in SSO provider handling, enabling unauthorized access to user accounts. The impact includes potential account takeover and unauthorized session access through domain verification parsing mismatches, orphaned provider accounts, unbound SAML assertions, or reflected XSS on logout endpoints. Organizations using affected versions should prioritize patching to mitigate the risk of exploitation.
