Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin turns a record-lookup URL into an equality oracle over sensitive attributes. AshAdmin.Helpers.decode_primary_key/2 decodes the composite-primary-key form (Base64 plus ETF) and returns the decoded map verbatim as the lookup filter, without checking that its keys are the resource's primary-key fields. The deserialization guards bound size, block new atoms and funs, and reject nested expressions, but none restricts which fields come back, and :safe still allows any already-interned attribute name. An attacker can therefore encode %{api_token: "guess"} and have it spliced into the lookup filter, brute-forcing a sensitive attribute value (API token, reset token) one equality guess at a time; Map.to_list/1 also accepts structs, yielding a bogus __struct__ key. The fix rejects any decoded key that is not a real primary-key field. This issue affects ash_admin: from 0.1.0 before 1.3.1.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Use of Insufficiently Random Values vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin ships a hardcoded, publicly known CSP nonce, defeating nonce-based Content-Security-Policy protection. When mounted without :csp_nonce_assign_key, AshAdmin.Router.ash_admin/2 defaulted the img, style, and script nonces to the literal constant ash_admin-Ed55GFnX, which AshAdmin.Layouts wrote verbatim into the nonce attribute of its inline <style> and <script> tags on every response. The value is a compile-time constant published in the repository and is never rotated per request. If an application's CSP script-src allow-lists that documented default, any HTML-injection sink on an admin page can reuse the known nonce to run inline scripts the policy was meant to block. The fix generates a fresh random nonce per request. This issue affects ash_admin: from 0.10.8 before 1.3.1.

A vulnerability was determined in LatencyUtils up to 2.0.3. Affected by this issue is the function LatencyStats.recordDetectedPause of the file src/main/java/org/LatencyUtils/LatencyStats.java of the component PauseDetector. Executing a manipulation can lead to memory corruption. The attack needs to be launched locally. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.

2.3

Exposure of Data Element to Wrong Session vulnerability in ash-project ash_graphql can deliver one subscription's resolved records to a different subscriber's topic. AshGraphql.Subscription.Batcher.do_send/5 reads the resolved batch from the process dictionary via Process.get(:batch_resolved) and then unconditionally deletes it. That is sound only inside a task the library owns. On the :backpressure_sync and :noproc fallbacks do_send/5 runs inline in the publishing caller's process, so if a resolver inside an outer do_send/5 triggers another synchronous Ash notification, the inner call finds the outer run's value still under :batch_resolved, adopts it as its own result, and publishes it to the inner topic, a different subscription document with a different actor and tenant. It then deletes the key, so the outer run publishes nothing. The key is not namespaced by run, so records cannot be told apart. The fix saves, clears, and restores :batch_resolved around each run. This issue affects ash_graphql: from 1.4.0 before 1.11.0.

Exploit 3h ago
2.3

Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_graphql delivers GraphQL subscription payloads for records a subscriber is not authorized to see. In AshGraphql.Subscription.Batcher, do_send/5 resolves the first notification of a batch and filters it with should_send?/1, which drops results whose errors are coded forbidden or not_found or carry no code, precisely so that unauthorized results are not disclosed. The remaining notifications in the batch are read from the process dictionary, re-run through the pipeline, and appended to the outgoing results without that filter. They reach pubsub.publish_subscription/2, and the not is_nil(record) guard drops only nil records, not error-carrying results. Any two qualifying notifications arriving within the default one-second batch interval suffice, and batching is the default path. The fix applies should_send?/1 to the whole batch. This issue affects ash_graphql: from 1.4.0 before 1.11.0.

A vulnerability has been found in TOTOLINK N600R 4.3.0cu.7866_B20220506. This vulnerability affects the function loginAuth of the file /web_cste/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi of the component Authentication Handler. Such manipulation leads to insufficiently random values. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. This attack is characterized by high complexity. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in ash-project ash_cloak allows anyone with access to logs, error trackers, or crash reports, or anyone who can trigger a validation error, to recover the plaintext of a field the library encrypts. AshCloak.Transformers.SetUpEncryption removes each cloaked attribute from the action's accept list and adds an action argument that carries the plaintext into the encryption change. That argument is built with sensitive?: attr.sensitive?, inheriting the flag from the source attribute, so a cloaked attribute declared without sensitive? true produces a non-sensitive argument. It is the only place the cleartext value lives, and the one place Ash will not redact: it appears verbatim in inspect(changeset), Ash.Error.Invalid and validation error messages, telemetry, :sys dumps, and error-tracker payloads. The generated encrypted attribute and decrypt calculation are already hardcoded sensitive. This issue affects ash_cloak: from 0.1.0 before 0.4.0.

Exploit 3h ago
2.6

Admidio before 5.0.12 fails to sanitize album names in the photo ZIP download functionality, allowing authenticated users with album-creation rights to include path traversal segments in archive entry names. Attackers can craft malicious album names containing directory traversal sequences that escape the intended directory when recipients extract the archive, potentially writing files outside the target directory.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a caller in a schema-based multitenant application to receive aggregate values computed from another tenant's rows. When an aggregate is computed over a distinct query, AshSql.AggregateQuery.add_single_aggs/5 rebuilds the outer query from query.from.source alone, which is only the {table, schema} tuple and does not carry query.prefix or query.from.prefix. For strategy(:context) multitenancy those hold the tenant schema, so the rebuilt outer query reads the repo's default schema while the inner correlated subquery still reads the tenant schema, and the two are joined only on primary key. The aggregate, and any relationship join added off the prefix-less binding, is then computed against the wrong tenant's rows. The neighbouring limit and exists branches instead wrap the query with subquery/1, which preserves the prefix. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.0 before 0.7.1.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a caller to receive an aggregate value computed over rows a more restrictive filter should have excluded, disclosing counts, sums, or lists across an authorization or tenancy boundary. AshSql.Aggregate.different_queries?/2 reports two aggregate queries as different only when their filter and their sort both differ. Aggregate queries rarely carry a sort, so two aggregates that share a name but carry entirely different filters compare as identical. The colliding aggregate keeps its name and is treated as already computed, and select_aggregates returns the first-registered variant's value. The same name reaches the builder twice with different filters when actor or tenant context is stamped into each aggregate's query, so a narrowly filtered aggregate can be served the value of a previously registered broad one. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.0 before 0.7.1.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Incorrect Comparison vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a user to pad a string field with tab, newline, carriage-return, or form-feed characters and pass a trimmed uniqueness or equality check in the database that the same expression would fail in memory (or the reverse). string_trim/1 compiles to REGEXP_REPLACE patterns built from an Elixir string in which \s is the escape for a single space (codepoint 32), not a regex whitespace class. The generated SQL therefore removes only literal spaces and leaves tabs, newlines, carriage returns, and form feeds in place, whereas String.trim/1 in Elixir removes them all. Any Ash filter, validation, or identity that relies on string_trim/1 then behaves differently depending on whether Ash pushes the expression down to SQL or evaluates it in memory, so padded input can register a near-duplicate value or slip past a trimmed comparison. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.0 before 0.7.1.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a user who supplies a search term to contains/2, string_starts_with/2, or string_ends_with/2 to inject live SQL LIKE wildcards, turning a literal substring search into an attacker-controlled pattern match. The escape helpers in AshSql.Expr prefix % and _ with a backslash but never escape a backslash already present in the input. Because backslash is the default LIKE escape character, the escaping defeats itself: the input \% becomes the pattern fragment \\%, where \\ is a literal backslash and the attacker's % remains a live wildcard. The search value stays parameterized, so this is confined to the LIKE pattern grammar rather than full SQL. An attacker can widen matches to probe values, slip past a negated contains(...) guard, or crash the query with a trailing lone backslash. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.1-rc.10 before 0.7.1.

The MW WP Form WordPress plugin before 5.1.6 does not sanitise and escape some of its form settings before outputting them back in an admin dashboard page, which could allow users with a role as low as Editor to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against high privilege users such as admin.

Exploit 3h ago
2.1

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sqlite allows an attacker who controls a get_path/2 segment to traverse into nested JSON the application never exposed, disclosing private or sensitive? embedded fields. AshSqlite.SqlImplementation builds the SQLite json_extract path with "$." <> Enum.join(right, "."), so a single segment containing ., [, ], or $ re-interprets the JSON path (for example "private.secret" descends two levels instead of naming one key). The path is bound as a parameter, so this is confined to the JSON-path grammar rather than SQL. Any endpoint that lets user input reach a get_path segment (a common pick-a-field pattern) can read nested values it never meant to expose. This issue affects ash_sqlite: from 0.1.2-rc.0 before 0.2.18.

Exploit 3h ago
3.7

### Summary When `qs.parse` is called with `comma: true` and `throwOnLimitExceeded: true`, a comma-separated value under a bracket-push key (`a[]=1,2,3,4`) is split into an array without being compared against `arrayLimit`, while the same value under a flat key (`a=1,2,3,4`), an indexed key (`a[0]=`), a nested key (`a[b]=`), or a dotted key (`a.b=` with `allowDots`) throws the documented `RangeError`. A single parameter such as `a[]=1,2,2,...` therefore produces an inner array of arbitrary length even though the caller opted into the hard limit. This is the `[]=` key form that the fix for CVE-2026-2391 (qs 6.14.2) did not cover. ### Details In `lib/parse.js`, a comma-separated value under a `[]=` key is split and then wrapped as a single nested element (`val = [val]`, so that each `a[]=x,y` group counts as one element of the outer array). The `arrayLimit` check that 6.14.2 added for comma values runs after that wrap, so for `[]=` parts it only ever saw the wrapper of length 1. 6.15.3 added a pre-split comma count so that an oversized value throws before it is allocated, but gated it on an `isFlatArrayValue` flag that `parseValues` set to `false` for any part containing `[]=`, and did not pass it for object-valued input, so the gap remained. #### PoC ```js var qs = require('qs'); var options = { comma: true, arrayLimit: 3, throwOnLimitExceeded: true }; qs.parse('a=1,2,3,4', options); // RangeError: Array limit exceeded. Only 3 elements allowed in an array. qs.parse('a[]=1,2,3,4', options); // { a: [ [ '1', '2', '3', '4' ] ] } (no throw) qs.parse('a[]=' + '1,'.repeat(1000000) + '1', { comma: true, arrayLimit: 20, throwOnLimitExceeded: true }); // no throw; a 1,000,001-element inner array is allocated ``` #### Fix `lib/parse.js`, applied in 8859c37 on `main` and released as v6.16.0: the `isFlatArrayValue` gate is removed, so every comma-split value is counted against `arrayLimit` before splitting regardless of key form. An in-limit group under `a[]=` still counts as one element of the outer array, and the default (`throwOnLimitExceeded: false`) path is unchanged. ### Affected versions `>=6.14.2 <6.16.0`, fixed in v6.16.0. v6.14.2 introduced `arrayLimit` enforcement for comma values (the fix for CVE-2026-2391) but only for values not under a `[]=` key, and every release from v6.14.2 through v6.15.3 has the same gap. v6.14.0 and v6.14.1, where `throwOnLimitExceeded` exists but does not apply to any comma form, are covered by CVE-2026-2391 rather than this record. Earlier lines (6.7.x through 6.13.x) have `comma` but no `throwOnLimitExceeded`, so there is no hard cap on any comma path to bypass; releases before 6.7.0 have no `comma` option. ### Impact An unauthenticated attacker who can reach an application that parses untrusted query strings or urlencoded bodies with both `comma: true` and `throwOnLimitExceeded: true` (both non-default) can bypass the configured limit with a single `a[]=` parameter and force the parser to allocate an array proportional to the request size. The cost is strictly linear in the attacker-supplied bytes (about 0.1 microseconds and 6 to 7 retained bytes per input byte; the same out-of-memory threshold as the documented default `throwOnLimitExceeded: false` path), so a transport-layer request or body size limit bounds it completely (and node's default maximum HTTP header size of 16 KB already bounds the request line, so multi-megabyte payloads need a body parser). The impact is that an opt-in hard limit fails open on one key spelling, not unbounded allocation from a small input.

Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity vulnerability in ash-project ash_paper_trail allows a user who can submit a large array attribute to a paper-trailed create or update action to cause a denial of service through excessive CPU and memory use. With full-diff change tracking, AshPaperTrail.ChangeBuilders.FullDiff.ListChange pairs each prior array element against the new list by rebuilding the remaining-elements accumulator with acc ++ [tuple] on every step, copying the growing list each time, so the pairing scales cubically in the array length. Nothing bounds the length and the value comes straight from action input, so one request carrying a large accepted {:array, _} attribute forces tens of seconds of CPU and multi-gigabyte allocations. This issue affects ash_paper_trail: from 0.1.1 before 0.7.0.

free5GC is an open-source implementation of the 5G core network. Prior to 1.4.5, the AUSF component performs cryptographic authentication comparisons in internal/sbi/processor/ue_authentication.go with ordinary equality helpers. Auth5gAkaComfirmRequestProcedure compares RES* and XRES* with strings.EqualFold and logs the expected XRES* value at INFO level before comparison. EapAuthComfirmRequestProcedure compares AT_MAC and XMAC with bytes.Equal and evaluates XRES == RES with ordinary string equality. These comparisons can return at mismatch-dependent times, although testing did not demonstrate a practical remote timing oracle because of HTTP/SBI timing noise. The INFO log exposes authentication material to operators, log collectors, sidecars, or processes able to read AUSF logs. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.5.

multer is a middleware for handling multipart/form-data in Node.js. When an application uses an asynchronous fileFilter together with the fileSize limit, a race condition in multer's file stream handling can allow a file that exceeds the configured size limit to bypass the size-limit rejection. All versions before 2.3.0 are affected. The impact is limited because the underlying multipart parser still truncates the stream at the size limit, so this is a bypass of the limit rejection rather than uncontrolled resource consumption. The issue is fixed in multer 2.3.0. Upgrade to multer 2.3.0 to remediate.

Zephyr's WireGuard implementation in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg_crypto.c mishandled keepalive packets. In wg_process_data_message(), any type-4 transport-data message whose payload was exactly 16 bytes (an empty plaintext plus a bare Poly1305 tag, i.e. a keepalive) was accepted and returned immediately, before wg_decrypt_packet() was ever called. The Poly1305 authentication tag was therefore never verified; the only preceding gates were a cleartext receiver-index lookup (get_peer_keypair_for_index() on the attacker-supplied data_hdr->receiver) and a non-cryptographic keypair validity/expiry check. The path is reachable entirely from the network: inbound UDP on the WireGuard port is dispatched by wg_input() to handle_transport_data() and then wg_process_data_message(). The 32-bit receiver index is transmitted in cleartext in WireGuard handshake and data messages, so an on-path observer learns it directly and an off-path attacker can brute-force it against the UDP port. Given an active receiving-valid session for that index, an attacker could send a 16-byte garbage payload and have it accepted without possessing the session key. On acceptance the unauthenticated message caused the management layer to observe a spoofed NET_EVENT_VPN_CONNECTED signal (setting peer->first_valid and notifying any net_mgmt listener) and incremented the keepalive-RX statistic. The impact is limited to integrity of this status signal: no plaintext is decrypted or injected, no key is disclosed, and the early-return path did not update the peer endpoint or liveness timers, so there is no traffic-injection, session-takeover, or availability consequence. The fix removes the pre-decrypt early return so a 16-byte payload flows through wg_decrypt_packet(), which verifies the Poly1305 tag over the empty plaintext, followed by the existing anti-replay check; only an authenticated, non-replayed message is then recognised as a keepalive. Forged keepalives now fail the tag check and are counted as decrypt failures.

A flaw has been found in houtini-ai houtini-lm up to 2.13.2. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file src/index.ts of the component code_task_files. Executing a manipulation can lead to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely. This patch is called 35d97bca0531894da36a85aedb95312da1bd5b7a. It is best practice to apply a patch to resolve this issue.

CVE-2025-40843 https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-5xf2-f6ch-6p8r  was fixed by replacing unchecked strcpy() with a bounded safe_strcpy() helper. At ldlogger-tool-gcc.c:129 the destination passed to that helper is fullPath + 2, but the size passed down is the full PATH_MAX. safe_strcpy() is strncpy(), which NUL-pads the destination out to the whole n, so this site writes 4096 bytes into the 4094 that remain — a 2-byte stack overflow on every invocation, independent of the input path's length. This issue affects CodeChecker: through 6.28.2.

Exploit 3h ago
3.3

file_picker (aka flutter_file_picker) for Flutter, all versions through 10.3.10, is vulnerable to path traversal (CWE-22) in its Android implementation. The openFileStream() method in FileUtils.kt uses the DISPLAY_NAME obtained from ContentResolver.query() directly in file path construction without sanitization. A malicious Android app with a crafted ContentProvider can return a filename containing ../ sequences, causing the plugin to create arbitrary files and directories outside the intended cache directory within the victim app's internal storage. Existing files are not overwritten due to an existence check.

Exploit 3h ago
3.1

gitoxide before 0.38.2 fails to validate carriage return characters in URL values passed to credential helpers. Attackers can supply URLs containing bare carriage returns to inject additional helper protocol fields and cause credential helpers to return credentials for attacker-specified hosts instead of the requested URL.

Exploit 3h ago

filebrowser from version 2.24.0 contains a race condition in the TUS upload handler that allows authenticated users to write past the declared Upload-Length by sending concurrent PATCH requests. Attackers can send multiple simultaneous PATCH requests at the same offset to bypass length validation, resulting in files that exceed their declared size and triggering completion hooks for oversized uploads.
